Deco Solutions LLC operates the Styled Pavers website and handles project inquiries. Decorative Landscape Solutions provides contracting services. This policy explains information handled through this website and when you contact us about a project.
Information we need
An estimate inquiry asks for your name, project ZIP code, project type, preferred contact method, and a phone number or email address. The other contact method and project description are optional. We use these details to assess the location and scope, respond to your request, and manage the project conversation. An exact property address may be needed later for a site visit or project agreement; the initial form does not require it.
Please do not include payment details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in the project description. This website does not take payments.
Website and browser information
Vercel hosts this website and may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information, and security logs to serve and protect it.These hosting and access records are separate from the estimate form.
The website stores a cookie preference in your browser for up to 180 days. A temporary, one-time form-result marker contains no contact or project information and is removed when the result page opens. See our cookie policy for the purposes and choices.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you accept optional tracking.When enabled and accepted, Google receives visit and ad-click identifiers, IP addresses, page and device information, referral or campaign information, and actions such as clicking a contact link or completing an accepted estimate submission. This helps us measure website and advertising results through Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account. Personalized advertising, remarketing and Google Signals are disabled for this website. We do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes, or project descriptions in our analytics events or send form details for Google's enhanced conversions. No Google measurement request is sent by this website before permission.
Who receives information
People handling your inquiry at Deco Solutions LLC and, when needed to assess or deliver the requested contracting services, Decorative Landscape Solutions may receive relevant project and contact details. If you call or email us, the communications providers involved process that communication. Quo supports our business phone communications.
Online estimate requests pass through Vercel and Make, which records the inquiry and queues its delivery through Spacemail, our business email service, to Herman, our designated estimate handler, with a copy to Gabe, our backup handler. These providers process the inquiry details to receive and deliver your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network information on the estimate form to reduce spam. Optional Google tracking is not required for that security check or to submit an inquiry. The website form does not automatically enroll you in Quo texting or send the inquiry into LMN.
Relevant records may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address a security incident, establish or defend a legal claim, or protect people and property. We limit access to the information needed for the purpose.
Calls, email, and text messages
Permission to follow up on an estimate covers the phone call or email you select. It is not permission for promotional messages or a subscription. Website form consent does not opt you into text messages. For service-related texting, staff must separately ask for and record your permission before sending the first text. You can ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry or change your contact preference.
Our policy requires staff to obtain permission before recording a call or producing a transcript. Tell the person handling your call if you do not want a recording.
How long information is kept
We keep inquiry and project information while it is needed to respond, plan, or perform the requested work. Closed inquiries are reviewed at least annually and information that is no longer needed is deleted. Contract, contact-permission, tax, and dispute records may be kept longer when needed to meet legal obligations or document the work and permissions. Hosting and communications providers also maintain records under their own service and security retention practices.
When optional Google measurement is active, Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months. New activity resets the user-level retention period. These limits apply to individual records used for detailed analysis; standard aggregated reports are not covered by those limits and may remain longer.
Your choices and requests
Contact Sam at info@styledpavers.com or 888-336-1525 to ask about your information, request access, correct a detail, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and locate your records. We will explain when information must be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing project or dispute. These request options do not limit any rights that applicable law gives you.
You can reject optional tracking or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We treat a detected Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional tracking. Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the site settings separately; use Cookie settings or Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing permission stops future website measurement but does not recall information already sent while permission was active.
Children and outside links
This website is intended for adults planning property improvements, not children under 13. Please contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can address it. Links to another website open a service with its own privacy practices; this site does not embed third-party maps, video players, social feeds, or chat widgets.
Changes and contact
We post policy updates on this page and update the effective date. Before materially changing how information is used, we will provide notice and obtain any permission required by law.
